Jonathan is a fully qualified teacher with over 15 years of experience working with young people. He has spent eight years teaching in secondary schools, including significant time in a specialist Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting.

Jonathan is a fully qualified teacher with over 15 years of experience working with young people. He has spent eight years teaching in secondary schools, including significant time in a specialist Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting.

Alongside his classroom experience, Jonathan has worked as part of an impact team supporting vulnerable children and young adults who had been excluded from education or forced to leave their homes. This work focused on building trust through consistent support and strong relationships with each young person.

 Holly holds a qualification in counselling and has extensive experience supporting vulnerable young people and families. She has worked as an Appropriate Adult, advocating for young people in difficult situations, and has supported young adults and families through her work with Anglia Care Trust and Orwell Housing. Holly has also worke

 

 Holly holds a qualification in counselling and has extensive experience supporting vulnerable young people and families. She has worked as an Appropriate Adult, advocating for young people in difficult situations, and has supported young adults and families through her work with Anglia Care Trust and Orwell Housing. Holly has also worked as a Crisis Worker, providing immediate support during times of acute need. She brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to her work and is committed to supporting young people and families with care and understanding.

James serves in a voluntary capacity as a Pastoral Lead, bringing over 14 years of experience in pastoral leadership within a church setting. He regularly supports primary school settings by leading assemblies and has extensive experience working alongside children and young people, including those with additional needs. James has a strong depth of knowledge in photography, videography, and editing software, which he has applied in educational and teaching contexts to support creativity, engagement, and learning. He is committed to offering calm, compassionate pastoral support within a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
